About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ncfrelief.com and the services North Carolina Foreclosure Relief, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides through it, including our text message program. By using this site, requesting a case review, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Our services
North Carolina Foreclosure Relief, LLC provides real estate services to North Carolina homeowners facing foreclosure. We verify your court file, payoffs, and liens, lay out the options available for your situation — such as selling the property before auction, bringing the loan current, or negotiating with your lender — and help you execute the path you choose. A case review is free, confidential, and creates no obligation for you or for us.
We serve residential homeowners in North Carolina only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, and we do not provide tax or financial advice. Homeowners facing foreclosure should consider consulting a licensed North Carolina attorney or a HUD-approved housing counselor regarding their rights. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no such relationship is created by using this site or by requesting a case review.
What we do and don’t promise
We will tell you what we find and what we think, and we will be straight with you when the answer isn’t the one you were hoping for. What we cannot do is promise an outcome, because the decisions that matter most are not ours to make:
- Your lender may not agree to modify your loan, accept a reinstatement, approve a short sale, or postpone a sale. That is their decision, not ours.
- We cannot guarantee that any sale closes, that a particular price is achieved, or that equity in your home is preserved.
- Information we provide about the North Carolina foreclosure process is general. Verify every date and figure against your own court file and your servicer’s payoff statement — including anything we tell you.
- Figures, examples, and case illustrations shown on this site are for illustration only and do not describe any specific homeowner’s result.
- Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not typical results. Outcomes depend on your loan, your equity, your timeline, and decisions made by third parties.
Working with us — fees, affiliates, and walking away
Homeowners never pay us a fee, and we never ask for payment in advance of anything — not for the case review, not for the work that follows. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for an advance fee, that is not us; please call us at (888) 502-7222 and tell us.
We are paid by the professionals we connect you with — agents, attorneys, investors, and other providers. Some of them are affiliated with us through common ownership. We disclose this because it is how the review stays free to you, and because you should know it before you weigh an offer. Everything we put in front of you is an option to consider, free and with no obligation — including an as-is offer on your home.
You may stop working with us at any time, for any reason or none, without owing us anything. What we found is yours to keep either way: the court dates, the payoff, the numbers.
Free HUD-approved housing counseling is available to every homeowner at no cost, and the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency operates a foreclosure prevention line. We are independent of the government, of your lender, and of the free HUD counseling network, and we are not approved or endorsed by any of them.
